There are a whole series of things that individuals can do to reduce their risk of cancer. And fortunately, they’re the same things you do to reduce your risk of heart disease, diabetes, and other things. Probably the key one to reduce your risk cancer is to not smoke, but also on the list of things like not drinking too much alcohol, exercising, eating more vegetables and less red meat, more fish, And of course doing the sorts of screening and sorts of recommended medical interventions that identify early cancers and treat them before they become a problem.
