How do you get thyroid cancer?

Thyroid cancer is caused by a variety of things, not so much in Australia, but radioactivity certainly causes thyroid cancer. In addition, the most common form of thyroid cancer is an idiopathic or unknown cause. A smaller group of thyroid cancers are part of a familial cancer syndrome, which runs through families and is associated with cancers of other parts of the body as well.
